Assistant Merchandiser

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven and commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser to join our Buying & Merchandising team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving sales performance, optimising stock levels, and supporting strategic decision-making across the full product lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • As an integral member of the team, you will:

    · Support stock planning and management to maximise sales and minimise markdowns

    · Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and category planning to deliver strong commercial performance

    · Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from initial planning through to stock clearance

    · Manage and optimise stock availability using forecasting software (Slimstock), ensuring alignment with company KPIs

    · Oversee the critical path for circa 1,200 SKUs from purchase through to end of life, in line with sales and marketing requirements

    · Build and maintain supplier relationships across China and India, including placing repeat orders, negotiating pricing, and coordinating container fill and shipment planning

    · Take a lead role in managing inbound and outbound shipping consignments

    · Working closely with suppliers and operations to manage shipment schedules, resolve delays and ensure stock arrives on-time and in full

    · Deliver meaningful analysis and reporting to support product reviews and overall business performance

    · Support and contribute to weekly trade meetings with actionable insights

    Reporting & Analysis

    · Produce weekly stock and sales reports, including management of Slimstock demand and inventory planning weekly tasks

    · Prepare Libra’s fortnightly “Repeat Proposal” report to support buying decisions, highlighting best sellers, emerging trends, potential service issues, excess stock and slower selling items

    · Generate, analyse, and communicate ad-hoc reports to inform key business decisions

    · Maintain daily reporting schedules and track weekly KPIs

Warehouse Manager

We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations team. This role is focused on ensuring efficient, safe and accurate warehouse processes, while driving performance and supporting the wider business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring the effective handling of goods from receipt through to dispatch.

You will lead and develop the warehouse team, maintain high standards of health and safety, and drive continuous improvement across all operational processes. This role is suited to a proactive and organised individual with strong leadership skills and a focus on efficiency, accuracy and team development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment and shipping

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture

  • Oversee returns operations, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and processes

  • Manage maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment and plant

  • Oversee maintenance and capital projects within the warehouse environment

  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Train, supervise and develop warehouse staff, including conducting regular 1:1s

  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies to meet business objectives

  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes, addressing discrepancies as required

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of warehouse budgets and forecasts


About You

You will be a confident and organised leader with strong operational experience and the ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Solid operational and supply chain management knowledge

  • Health & Safety experience and/or relevant qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and engage teams

  • Experience in process improvement and change management

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation

The Role

As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.

You will support sales activity, manage customer interactions and contribute to a high-performing, target-driven team. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented and motivated by both customer satisfaction and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email

  • Understand customer requirements and deliver a high level of service and sales support

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets

  • Support lead follow-ups and proactive sales activity
