14 DAYS COOLING-OFF

REFUND PROCESS

Changed your mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, you have a 14-day cooling off period from the day you receive your item(s), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, simply notify us by email at  returns@librainteriors.com within 14 days. Once we confirm, you must return the items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We do not refund the original delivery charge.

• If a refund is due, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if we arranged collection.

Received a damaged or faulty item?

We take great care in packing, but if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’re here to help.

Timeframes to Report:

• Transit damage or visible fault: within 14 days of delivery
• General fault or manufacturing issue: within 28 days
• Mechanical or electrical fault: within 12 months

To report an issue, contact us at returns@librainteriors.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage or fault. We’ll provide a returns ID number and arrange collection where necessary.

We’ll process your return within 14 working days of receiving the item.


RETURNS – Step by Step

Terms of Return:

• You must notify us in writing with full details and photos.

• Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.

• Glass or mirrored items must be securely packaged and clearly labelled.

• Claims outside of the specified timeframes may not be accepted.

• Proof of delivery must be signed for accurately, noting any damages.

To Request a Return:

Please email returns@librainteriors.com and include:

• Full Name / Company Name (if applicable)
• Order or Invoice Number
• Delivery Date
• Product Code & Description
• Quantity
• Reason for Return:
a) Damaged in Transit
b) Manufacturing Fault
c) Incorrect Item Sent
• Request: Replacement or Refund
• Attach clear photos of any fault or damage

You’ll receive a confirmation with your Returns ID number.

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• This will be completed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item or evidence of return.

• Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
