We calculate different delivery methods and change carriage prices based on:

• Order value
• Customer type
• Delivery Zone based on Country region or postcodes
• Weight

These triggers can apply different – Methods (carriers), Service levels eg – Standard 5 working days, overweight courier service or charges or free delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Available on specific products only.

Free delivery on orders over £100

Smaller items will be delivered via DPD which can take 3-5 working days. Larger items will be delivered via our 1 or 2 man delivery service, this can take up to 10 working days.

Standard Small Parcels i.e. under 20Kg

We use DPD Local for this service which is a fully tracked service that will provide you with a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.

• UK Mainland delivery fee: £7.95 for orders under £100.
• Scottish Highland, Scottish Islands, ROI & Northern Ireland delivery fee: £25

Standard Large Parcels, i.e. over 20Kg

Standard Overweight 1-Man or 2-Man Delivery. Items delivered via one of our trusted carriers, delivered to your door.

• UK Mainland delivery fee: £20

White Glove Service for items over 20Kg

White glove 2 Man Delivery Room of choice, assembly and removal of packaging. On the day of delivery, you will be contacted in advance to book the delivery time you will need to be available to take delivery.

• UK Mainland (Only) delivery fee: £50
