Ordering Process
Placing an order
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
• Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• Are at least 18 years old;
• Are a resident of a country we deliver to and are ordering from that country.
An email address is required to place an order. You may opt in to our promotional email list. You can opt out at any time.
Order acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
Non-acceptance
Non-acceptance may occur if:
• The product is out of stock;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• There is a pricing or product description error;
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product details and images are accurate, but variations may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Product packaging may differ.
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit or cancel sales and to modify or discontinue products without notice.
Price and Payment
Prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
For registered traders, the Libra Interiors site (www.thelibracompany.com) operates separately and has its own pricing and terms.
If VAT rates change after you place an order but before dispatch, we will adjust the VAT rate unless payment has been made in full.
If we identify a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch. If the error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you.
We accept payment by VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment is taken at the point of order.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are your responsibility. You must comply with all laws of the destination country.
Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Large furniture items may take up to 10 extra working days. Pre-orders will be delivered as per the dates shown.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may delay delivery to ship together, depending on timing.
If we are unable to meet the delivery date due to an event outside our control, we will inform you. If the delay is significant, you may cancel your order.
Products become your responsibility upon delivery.
Please ensure you are satisfied with the aesthetics of lighting products before arranging installation. Items must be fitted by qualified professionals.
RETURNING PRODUCTS / CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Your Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)
If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
• This 14-day period is a cooling-off period, during which you may cancel your order for any reason — including a change of mind.
• To cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Consumers are entitled to inspect the product to assess it, but not use it beyond what is necessary to do so.
• We will refund the full product value and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof of return.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Your Right to Return Faulty Goods (In-store & Online)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your statutory rights when purchasing directly from us are as follows:
• Within 30 days of receiving the goods:
You are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty.
• After 30 days, but within 6 months:
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, unless we can prove the item was not faulty when you received it.
• After 6 months, but within 6 years:
You may still be entitled to a remedy, but the burden of proof falls on you, the customer, to show the fault existed at the time of delivery.
These rights apply whether you purchased the product in store or online.
Returns Process
To return a product, please contact us at returns@librainteriors.com.
We may request photographic evidence of the fault or damage. Once approved, you will be issued a returns ID number and instructions on how to return the item.
If the item is not faulty or misdescribed, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), and will be issued to the original payment method.

Promotions and gift vouchers
Discount codes are valid only on full-price, in-stock items and cannot be combined. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and non-refundable. Any remaining balance can be used within that period.
Multi-buy offers
Multi-buy offers apply only to eligible products and are not valid with other promotions. Refunds for returns will reflect the adjusted promotional price.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. We are not liable for business losses or improper installation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.

Made to Order (MTO) terms
MTO orders must be confirmed in writing. If not disputed within two working days of order confirmation, the buyer is liable for the order.
