RETURNS & REFUNDS

To help us process your return request quickly and efficiently, please follow the procedures below.

TERMS OF RETURN

• All damaged goods or delivery discrepancies must be reported in writing to returns@librainteriors.com within 5 working days of delivery.

• Claims must include photographic evidence of any damage or quality issue.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us within the stated time frame.

• We will advise whether goods should be returned or disposed of.

• Claims made after 5 working days will not be accepted, except where the item is electrical or mechanical, these may be reported for fault within 12 months of receipt.

• Please indicate whether you require a credit note or replacement. If the item is out of stock, it will remain on back order until available.

• Only items authorised by Libra Interiors will be collected by our carriers.

• Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Fragile items (e.g. glass or mirrored) must be securely packaged and clearly labelled.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check for damages or shortages on delivery and to note these on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Libra will aim to process all authorised claims within 10 working days of collection.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please email returns@librainteriors.com with the following information:

• Company Name and Account Number
• Contact Name
• Delivery Address Postcode
• Date of Delivery
• Invoice Number
• Item Code and Description
• Quantity
• Reason for Return:
a) Damaged in Transit
b) Manufacturing Fault
c) Processing Error
• Comments (if applicable)
• Whether you are requesting a Replacement or Credit Note
• Attached photographic evidence of the issue

Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation email including your Returns ID Number. Please refer to this ID in all further correspondence.
