We calculate different delivery methods and change carriage prices based on:

Delivery In 5 Working Days*
We use specialist trusted third party carriers to deliver our orders based on delivery location and order size. We aim to deliver to you within five working days. Larger items may require our 1 & 2 man delivery service which will increase lead time to 10 working days.
Minimum & Carriage Paid Orders
England, Scottish Lowlands & Wales: Minimum order £300. Carriage Paid Order £600.
Scottish Highlands: Minimum Order £300. Carriage Paid Order £600, geographical surcharges apply
Northern Ireland: Carriage Paid on DDP £1000
Republic of Ireland: Carriage Paid on DDP £1500 + 7% Fuel Surcharge
Collection: Minimum order £200. 48 hours’ notice must be given and collections made between 0900 and 1600. Express collections under 48 hours are subject to a charge of £40.

Delivery Methods
For trade orders we try to deliver as much as possible via our trusted pallet network partners. Larger products like furniture are often more safely delivered via one or two man carrier. This means that occasionally we will deliver different products from your order via separate carriers. Where this occurs we will inform you in advance. In this case delivery times may increase to 10 working days.
White Glove Service
Premium Overweight 2 Man Delivery Room of choice. This is a premium 2 man delivery option which delivers your items into a ground floor room of choice and removes all packaging. On the day of delivery, you will be contacted in advance to book the delivery time you will need to be available to take delivery.
